Born in Hartford, Connecticut in 1974, Brian studied illustration and graphic design at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. During the 1990s dot com boom, he worked his way up from boutique design shops to international ad agencies. After eight years in interactive design, he moved to Los Angeles to start a freelance art career, drawing inspiration from the pop culture of his youth. His eye popping colors, wild character designs and hand drawn typography attracted clients such as Nike, Pearl Jam, Deathwish Skateboards and Burton Snowboards. Brian and his family now live in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
